Artist Gary Walton has been hugely generous and sent the gallery a collection of original watercolour paintings.
We are selling some of the artwork for our annual charity fundraiser, in aid of PAPYRUS, a charity focused on the prevention of young suicide, in memory of Jake, son of gallery owners Anne and Mark - lost to suicide aged just 20.
One of the paintings, Winter Solstice, is the prize in our winter raffle for PAPYRUS.
The Pilchard is the largest of the paintings, image size 222 x 360mm; it has been French mounted with a decorative v-Groove detail by lovely Anna in the gallery workshop, outer mount dimensions approximately 367 x 505mm.
Instantly recognisable as Gary’s distinctive quirky style, this is a delightful painting with a charm of its own. All funds raised from the sale of this artwork will be donated to PAPYRUS via our JustGiving page.
