For our Meet the Artist Event on 28th April 2024, Gary brought an almost complete painting and invited visitors to add their own leaf to the foliage detail at the top of the picture.
After some initial trepidation the people brave enough to have a go were thrilled with the results. One lady told us she was 'buzzing' after the experience. Special thanks to Will for letting us film his painting masterclass with Gary as Will painted the first leaf!
We are hoping this painting will be printed once complete - watch this space.
Thank you to everyone who came along. It's been a lovely day with a great atmosphere, and we've raised almost £1000 for charity PAPYRUS, Prevention of Young Suicide with the raffle for Gary's painting Constellation Cove.
