This is a very special piece created for the Gallery by lovely Sam Toft.
Gallery director Anne Braithwaite has been fundraising mental health charity Mind, in memory of her son Jake, who died in 2018. If you've been following Sam on social media, Sam posted the work in progress as 'A picture for Jake' in summer 2020.
Don't you just love the way Sam creates new words... 'eachother' could be a whole new concept after this strange year of lockdown.
This fabulous picture helped the Gallery raise an amazing £4000 for mental health charity Mind in Summer 2020. Artists Proof 1 of 40 was raffled, a donation from each print sold was made, and the profits from the original were donated.

The raffle for remarque AP1 was drawn in September 2020, to tie in with an endurance event Anne is doing for Mind. Details of Anne's event can be found on JustGiving
'Looking After Eachother' is limited to 395 fine art limited edition prints + 40 remarqued artist proofs.
Each remarque had a little original drawing on the white border, all hand signed and numbered 'AP' - the remarques sold within days of publication, however limited editions are currently still available.
The edition has 395 limited edition prints, all hand signed and numbered.

Printed on 260gsm fine art paper, each print is individually signed and numbered by Sam and supplied with a certificate of authenticity from publisher Collier Dobson. Mounted in a conservation quality off-white mount with v-groove detail and supplied acetate wrapped.
