A limited edition, two plate etching and collagraph of North Yorkshire's Byland Abbey by artist and printmaker, Anna Matyus.
Anna tells us "The community of Byland Abbey moved five times before they finally settled in the New Byland site, near Coxwold, North Yorkshire. It's been decribed as 'one of three shining lights of the north' and it certainly makes a huge impression as you wend your way into the village and glimpse the ruins and its impressive west frontage where a beautiful rose window would have once sat. I've spent many hours photographing and drawing in this beautiful place. The surviving tiles are absolutely magnificent, there are so many inspiring motifs."
